[COPLAC-IR] Request for information on full-time faculty course load

Michael:

New College does not use course credit hours system.  Each semester, our
full-time faculty teach 2 regular courses, sponsor tutorials/ independent
study projects/independent reading projects, direct thesis and serve on
baccalaureate committee (similar to thesis defense).
