<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:#1F497D">Last year and the year before I encouraged you – all of us, really – to participate in the National Study of Student Learning, Voting, and Engagement. This study matches IPEDS data with voting data from across
the country to tell us whether our students registered, whether they voted, and if so whether that was in person or absentee. You can find more information about

here. A majority of COPLAC campuses have already signed up, so thanks to those who have! There are 11 COPLAC campuses not yet participating, and I don’t know whether this is a considered decision not to participate or you intended to sign up and never did or
