Beginning January 1, 2016, Higher Education institutions will be required to process payroll and perform reporting for their employees as individual employers. To assist Higher Education institutions in meeting this requirement, there will be Q & A sessions that will continue to distribute information, and allow the institutions to ask specific questions. You will be able to call in to participate in these sessions.



The first session will be a high level overview covering the topics listed below. Please submit questions prior to the session to Ayana Wilkins at Ayana.Wilkins at omes.ok.gov<mailto:Ayana.Wilkins at omes.ok.gov>, no later than 5:00 pm on Monday, July 6, 2015.



Subsequent sessions will cover topics in more detail. Information on those sessions will be distributed at a later date.
