No.  Paper/pencil can only be given during the regular window which begins Dec. 2nd.  The optional window is only for online testers.

Can paper/pencil test be given this week for students on an IEP. What statement needs to be in their IEP so that they can take paper/pencil, any examples of the wording?   Thank, Judy
