[Counselors] Concurrent enrollment

[OSRHE EPAS PK-12 Counselor Discussion Board]

I have worked at high schools that have recognized ENG Comp 1 and 2 to
count for ENG 4. However, I have also been at a school that did not
recognize this. So, I think it is up to each school district's board.
