[Counselors] Concurrent enrollment other than Comp I and Comp II

[OSRHE EPAS PK-12 Counselor Discussion Board]

Kingfisher gives English IV credit for completion of both Comp I and II.
We also give high school credit for American Government if taken
concurrently.  All other concurrent classes are given elective credit.
