Thank you, but I have seen both of these links. I would like to see their old recommendations that are no longer published on the state departments website.

It is on the first page, middle section, top paragraph.
  "... school districts shall provide academic credit for any concurrently enrolled higher education courses that are correlated with the academic credit awarded by the institution of higher education."  Remember shall means you will.  It's a local decision.
