[Counselors] Dropping a Concurrent Class

[OSRHE EPAS PK-12 Counselor Discussion Board]

Since you have put in and end date of the day they withdrew it won't show
up on their transcript. They also do not receive credit in a new class
since they would be entering after the 10 day rule for credit.
