[Counselors] 8th grade Algebra question

Kingfisher counts it as a part of their HS GPA
We give them the option of putting it on their transcript.  If it doesn't
go on, then they have to repeat Algebra I in the HS.  If they use it, it's
counted into their GPA but not as 1 of the 3 maths they have to take.
