It doesn't matter.  You have to do either a OAAP portfolio or an EOI regular
test with modifications.  The portfolio has to be videotaped and objectives
documented to the best capabilities of the students with multiple tries for
the same objective.  That is why a portfolio is done.  You would not want to
do a project or a regular EOI with modifications if the student cannot
handle a regular test.  It is unfortunate but these are the rules that the
state sets.

How are you handling the state testing with special needs students who may
struggle with a portfolio?

 

If a student cannot do a portfolio for algebra I or history what are you all
doing for them regarding testing?
