I used ACT as my other academic measure.  I said that I would increase the
amount of lower classman taking it.  I only had to increase by 1 or 2
students which I knew wasn't an issue because of our sophomores that were
applying to Biomed and needed an ACT anyway.  I had enough increase to push
me on that area from a 3 to a 4.
