[Counselors] High School Math Field Tests

We did Alg 1 in large group sessions... But, we will do our others by class
period because we found that if you don't have to take the time to track
down kids to pull kids from classes and get them all together at the same
time, you can get it done within 50 min class period.

Also, per Joyce Defehr, if you do not test your retesters they need to be
coded as other in their CTB file so a blank test won't be scored.  Only
currently enrolled HS students are required to take it.
