[Counselors] Field testing what percentage of students

[OSRHE EPAS PK-12 Counselor Discussion Board]

I have heard from Measured Progress that if students are absent during the field test we do not have to make it up. Then I heard we have to test 95% of our students for the field tests too. Do you know which is correct? Question is for CTB field tests in the high school as well.
