I created a day that I call the "Career Awareness Day" and I utilize all faculty and facilities.

Freshmen - Francis Tuttle Career Tech Center comes to present 9 short workshops that each 9th grade student rotates through.
Sophomores - take the PLAN Test
Juniors - All juniors take the ASVAB
Seniors - rotate through 6 workshops created for "I'm a senior... now what?"  This consists of college, industry, and military speakers.

I spend time preparing sophomores PLAN a couple of weeks in advance and spend a day of interpretation once the scores are returned.
OK National Guard is really good to do the ASVAB Interpretation with a career/college emphasis... no recruiting unless a student asks for more information.

Clinton does not give it anymore.

We do juniors and seniors.

We do not schedule it but they want to take it they can take it through the
technology center.  We test way too much as it is.

We offer the ASVAB in November every year--offered to both juniors and seniors.  That is the only time that we offer it.

I'm curious as to how many of you schedule the ASVAB test for juniors?  My principal wanted me to check around to see if we need to keep scheduling it at our school.
