[Counselors] WAVE

[OSRHE EPAS PK-12 Counselor Discussion Board]

My data in the WAVE is still up and running.  It contains the scores for all students who took an OCCT grades 3-8 & EOI in the state.  This application is still up and running. I just used the application today.

Correction, I just checked since others are saying you can access....  As
of last month they had disabled, Great to know it is back up.  Thanks!

This was one of the primary purposes for creating the WAVE so that data would be available for schools/students.  This might need to be addressed at a future SDE Board meeting.

Students who have entered your school come up in student indicators in the main log in area of the WAVE.  I have not had great luck with this. (maybe I am missing a step).. If anyone knows the steps to this would you please post...

Yes, you can access test scores on the WAVE.
Steps:

Log on to single sign on.
Click in the the top box Accountability (A-F Report Card)
Select your School
Agree to the FERPA statement
Select your school in the blue tab at the top left
Choose Student Assessments
Student test scores will come up in alpha order, You can filter by grade, test, or proficiency level..
