[Counselors] FW: Question on the counselor board

[OSRHE EPAS PK-12 Counselor Discussion Board]

If you have an 18 year old student who has really been financially on her
own for a couple of years, parents are not in the picture, how do you go
about getting financial aid for that student?  She is wanting to apply for
assistance but most everything goes off of your parents income.  Any
advice?
