[Counselors] English II & III Cut scores

[OSRHE EPAS PK-12 Counselor Discussion Board]

On English II the max score is 66 (advance) according to the information SDE
send out before testing but when the students were given a raw score when
they finished the test it said out of 60.  English III was a max of 71 and
it gave them /60 as well.  Does anyone know what is Proficient?
