[Counselors] Pre-enrollment Question

[OSRHE EPAS PK-12 Counselor Discussion Board]

We have a place for parent signature on our course request form. We don't require it, but do keep a copy. If there are complaints, we do have something to show the parent. I make a notation of what the student said, as to why there isn't a parent signature. 
(We don't hold up pre-enrollment for lack of signature.)
