[Counselors] Concurrent/Dual Credit

Rattan gives weighted credit for concurrent enrollment.

Lawton does not. (My "argument" has been...some students may not be able participate in concurrent enrollment due to finances or transportation-giving the "haves" an unfair advantage. We do try to open honor courses to all students.)

We give the college course 5 points for an A, 4 points for a B, etc. when calculating Val & Sal.  The grades listed on the transcript are  the grades earn from the college offering the course.
