[Counselors] Documentation

[OSRHE EPAS PK-12 Counselor Discussion Board]

I use a daily spiral Project Planning Notebook that I get at WalMart
some days I have to use five or six pages but I love being able to
review what was decided and you get good and covering and even
highlighting certain points. It has Action Notes..it just works for me.
