[Counselors] Pre and post tests

[OSRHE EPAS PK-12 Counselor Discussion Board]

Our school has used both NWEA MAP assessments for pre/post & benchmark as
well as STAR 360.  We found STAR 360 to be easier to use and takes less time
that the MAP assessments, so we are only using STAR this year.  Both give
you a wide range of reports.

We have been using AlphaPlus for our benchmarks, including pre/post
assessments.  However, at my previous school, we used the test specs and
sample items from the SDE website to create our own.
