[Counselors] question re: 3rd grade testing

[OSRHE EPAS PK-12 Counselor Discussion Board]

I called the State Department (405) 521-3341 Friday 04/08/16 at 2:45pm.
Spoke to "Sam" (female). She stated that 3rd graders CAN mark and/or
highlight on the Math test "as long as they stay away from the bubbles".
