[Counselors] question re: 6th grade testing

I'm pretty sure he still has to take English 2.  The English 3 score can
replace the English 2 score but it doesn't exempt a student from taking
it.  I'm in the same boat with 2 students who have been home schooled until
their senior year and they have to take the tests unless they have an
exemption, like the ACT, etc.
