Will all social studies tests be operational?
Yes, students will take an operational test this year in Grade 5 Social Studies, Grade 8 U.S. History, and Grade 7 Geography.


I copied this from email that we got from OSDE last summer:

The Oklahoma Commission on Educational Quality and Accountability (CEQA) has set the cut scores for the Grade 7 Geography test.  Using recommendations made by the committee of Oklahoma educators convened from across the state, CEQA established the performance level descriptors (PLDs) and the cut scores for this assessment.  In addition, CEQA approved a three-year phase-in of the cut scores with 2014-15 being the first year and full implementation taking place in 2016-17.  Final results for the Grade 7 Geography administration are included in the final reports available to districts August 24, 2015.

As a result of this standard setting process and the transition plan, the raw score cut points for the 2015 test were set as follows:
