You both could use Goggle Form and share the document.

Google Docs would be a great tool.  You can give others permission to either view or edit in the same document but only the people given permission can access the file.

Our middle school has 2 counselors and we are looking for a way to communicate about students while being confidential.  We want to organize our meetings with students by using a computer program so that both of us can access info but no one else can see our communication.
