Second Step (Committee for Children, early learning – 8th grade) helps with social-emotional skills and is based on current research.  http://www.cfchildren.org/second-step

Olweus (pronounced Oh-vay-us) is a bullying prevention program with curriculum for elementary, middle, and high school levels. It is also based on empirical research. http://www.violencepreventionworks.org/public/olweus_bullying_prevention_program.page

I personally think if you’re going to teach bully prevention, you should also teach social-emotional skills.
