[Counselors] Portal

[OSRHE EPAS PK-12 Counselor Discussion Board]

We have just started using a system called "InfoSnap"...apparently its owned by Powerschool (Pearson). So far we've only used it for new students so they can enroll from home. We're supposed to be able to have parents update demographics by August so we'll see how that goes...

We created our own online enrollment system using Google Docs. We basically started from scratch creating our own forms.  We have a link to our enrollment form posted on our school website. It was a little time consuming at first, but totally worth it!

I was wondering if  any of your school districts have used a portal system for student information. We would like to get away from enrollment packets.  That way parents could fill out the information online and would have access to changes as well as we would as a school district.
