[Counselors] (no subject)

We require our online students to meet a certain percentage per week as
well.  If the student does not meet the criteria, they loose percentage
points just as if they were in a regular setting class.

Education records are maintained and released in accordance with the Family
Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA). Parents or eligible students
shall be provided a copy of the records to be disclosed if requested.
Further disclosure of the above records will be in accordance with 34 CFR ยง
99.31.
