[Counselors] 7th and 8th grade reading

Kingfisher has mandatory reading and English classes for each student, K-8.  Then in HS, reading is combined in the English classes.

Our 7th graders take one class of language and one class of reading/lit. Our 8th graders take a combined language arts/reading class (same as HS).
