[Counselors] Camera in Counselor Office

[OSRHE EPAS PK-12 Counselor Discussion Board]

I have provided highlighted documentation as well as calling POE and
speaking to an attorney.  The attorney said to keep copies of all
communications and make others aware when they enter the office that video
and audio recordings are in place.  He stated that since it is the
district's policy to have a camera in place in this office I am not
liable.  I am not comfortable with that.  That still does nothing to
protect my student's rights to confidentiality.  The frustration
continues...
