[Counselors] Children's books for School Guidance Program

[OSRHE EPAS PK-12 Counselor Discussion Board]

I admit I have not ever used this resource, so I am uncertain what all is available - but I know the SDE has a library of resources available for check out for free.  I learned about this from Shelly Ellis at the SDE, at a workshop I attended.  I believe she said you can access them through the SDE website under the counseling/guidance area.

Does anyone know of a bookstore in the OKC/Norman area where I can go and buy children’s books that teach character education issues?  I am a new counselor and am trying to develop my own library to read with students and classrooms covering every range of character education topics imaginable.
