[Counselors] Federal Audit

[OSRHEStudent Prep PK-12 Counselor Discussion Board]

I am working on a federal desktop audit and I am looking for a form that I just can't seem to locate. I am hoping that I do not have to invent one but that someone has one out there already developed that they can send me :) I have to submit written procedures that ensure confidentiality of homeless children or youth's living situation and their educational records.
I found an area from the website, https://sde.ok.gov/title-x-part-c, with confidentiality and it has good information, but not really formed as a “procedure” page.
