[Counselors] National Academy of Future Physicians - Reputable??

A student brought me a letter from the National Academy of Future Physicians. He's been "selected for recognition". I'm thinking it's just one of those things that want money, but wanted to run it by this forum to see if anyone else was familiar with it.
