[Counselors] Parchment electronic transcript program

[OSRHEStudent Prep PK-12 Counselor Discussion Board]

Has anyone started using the electronic transcript program Parchment? IF so how is it similar to the XAP program? How much does it cost schools? Is there a free program available for schools to use? Thanks for any help.
