[Counselors] Virtual student questions

[OSRHEStudent Prep PK-12 Counselor Discussion Board]

We made a virtual policy and they had to stay less than 10% behind to stay
off of our ineligible list and I hammer them weekly. I deleted hours of
content for Thanksgiving break at the Supt request and that helped a lot of
kiddos out.
