Message-ID: This year my district is offering to help pay for concurrent fees. This is our first time. Does anyone have a form already put together for this purpose? If I don't have to recreate the wheel I don't want to. Does your district have requirements the student must meet for this to be an option? Just thinking outside the box as to how we should offer this, like how it is handled if they fail or withdraw from the course and fees still must be paid. I prefer it to be open to all students but curious what other districts do. It is in the handbook. Feel free to contact me at any time - dchapman at ryan.k12.ok.us 405-756-6348 * We do not have a form. Our district partners with Cameron. The students put EVERYTHING on their Bursar account then the business office sends one bill to our district office to be paid. We are in discussions about how to track if a student drops a class and what to do about reimbursing the district if that happens. They will also pay for concurrent fees (all) from other public OK colleges. The student has to get the bill and we then send it to the district office to be paid. rmarco at lawtonps.org * We used to pay for concurrent fees, but stopped this year. It was getting too expensive. If a student dropped a class, got a W or failed the class we had no way of knowing since they have their own login portal. tohara at tishomingo.k12.ok.us Sabrina Wood Coordinator of Student Preparation for College Readiness Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education swood at osrhe.edu 665 Research Parkway, Suite 200 Oklahoma City, OK 73104 www.okhighered.org/student-prep 405.225.9257 [cid:image001.png at 01D92B44.E21F68A0] -------------- next part -------------- An HTML attachment was scrubbed... Shawnee We actually switched from COGAT to OLSAT, and our 1st grade teacher feels like it's more accurate for her students. We test all of our first graders. Kremlin Naglieri Nonverbal Ability Test is used at Verdigris. We use the Otis Lennon 8th Edition.
