<div dir="ltr"> <div>I get what they call the counseling stipend on top of the base salary and that is all I get for all the testing prep.  I am not the DTC though- I am just my BTC (but I do everything and then hand it over to my testing administer).  I do teach a counseling class all day for two day every other week (a new class every 30 minutes).  I have only 3rd & 4th grade in my school which is about 435 students. Guymon Public Schools do pay an extra $2000 above state base salary.</div>
