<p class="MsoNormal"><b><span style="font-family:"Arial","sans-serif";color:#1F497D">The materials/test books you have now are for the
<u>April 3<sup>rd </sup>test date ONLY</u></span></b><span style="font-family:"Arial","sans-serif";color:#1F497D">. ACT puts brightly colored flyers in the box with the test books that indicate which test date they are to be used.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><b><span style="font-family:"Arial","sans-serif";color:#1F497D">If YOU TEST or DO NOT TEST on April 3rd, the
<u>DEADLINE to return all of the materials is APRIL 6th</u></span></b><span style="font-family:"Arial","sans-serif";color:#1F497D"> and
<b>please remember there is a specific process on returning them.</b><o:p></o:p></span></p>

<u>ORDER YOUR MAKEUP TESTS BY APRIL 6</u> for the makeup April 24 test! You can access the Pearson site to order from any computer.<o:p></o:p></span></b></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><b><u><span style="font-family:"Arial","sans-serif";color:#002060">Regarding FEDEX pick up:<o:p></o:p></span></u></b></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><b><span style="font-family:"Arial","sans-serif";color:#002060">If you test or do not test, you have to get the used and unused materials into FedEx by APRIL 6th</span></b><span style="font-family:"Arial","sans-serif";color:#002060">.

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:"Arial","sans-serif";color:#002060">A pickup has been prescheduled at every site for April 4th. (If nobody is at the school, FedEx will try back on the 5th and 6th to pick them up)

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:"Arial","sans-serif";color:#002060">The TC can bring the materials to a FedEx location for return shipping if they will not be in school for the 4th -6th.
<b>They need to get a receipt from FedEx if they choose to do so.<o:p></o:p></b></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><b><u><span style="font-family:"Arial","sans-serif";color:#002060">Accommodations:<o:p></o:p></span></u></b></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:"Arial","sans-serif";color:#002060">The accommodations window goes for two weeks through 4/17.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:"Arial","sans-serif";color:#002060">ACT has prescheduled a pickup for 4/18 for those materials.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:"Arial","sans-serif";color:#002060">If a school is not able to test their accommodated students within that window, they will need to return the unused test books and then call the Accommodations department to get
materials ordered. This part is different from standard time testing as schools do not have the ability to order accommodated materials themselves.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:"Arial","sans-serif";color:#002060">The makeup accommodations window is from 4/24 – 5/1. Only one week, rather than two like the initial window.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
