<p class="MsoNormal">We are using the back of the credit check that can be found on the state department's website and have also made up a form of our own to use when we need to send information to another school that lists the requirements with the ones completed
checked off. It doesn't take but a few minutes to fill it out. We are hoping next year that we will be able to input the information into PowerSchool.<o:p></o:p></p>

year will cause double or triple work having to find kids, progress, was it already put on their transcript, etc. There is no great report that I have found in that system to help with this. I need ideas too! Choctaw sent something yesterday when they requested
a student’s records. I liked it so I am copying it and making it for us. It is attached. I have also seen one other district send the OK SDE graduation form, like this:<o:p></o:p></span></p>
