<p class="MsoNormal">Description: d2l-app2-w2k8 server is giving a 500 error when trying to access any of our hosted sites. I am not sure what caused the server to stop working, but I did see errors in the application log related to d2l.core.services.servicemanager.exe
application error beginning at 12/17 at 12:02.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">Description: Our TEST site was recently upgraded to 10.3.0 SP1. We noticed today that Microsoft Office documents do not load in IE, Firefox or Chrome in the document viewer in Content. Other file formats load properly, but MS Office documents
remain in a loading state.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Status: Waiting on D2L with no report on status since 2013-12-17 08:23:58.<o:p></o:p></p>
