[Eoscstudents] March 29-Last to Withdraw

Thursday, March 29 will be the last day for students to withdraw from a 
single class or completely withdraw from all courses. Students must come 
to the counselors office in the Library Building Room 109 or 110 for the 
withdrawal form(s).  To withdraw from a single course the student must 
have the Advisor sign, Financial Aid sign and the instructor sign. Do 
not wait until 5:00 on Thursday to try and do this.  Many faculty are 
gone by this time and the instructor must sign your withdrawal form.  If 
you want to completely withdraw, students will have to get the signature 
from the Financial Aid, Scholarship, Dean, Advisor, Business Manager and 
Registrar.  For students with a past debt, payment arrangements must be 
made in person with the Business Manager.  All forms must be turned in 
and by 5:00 Thursday. If you have any questions, please come by the 
counselors office.
