Hi folks,

Hang in there everyone, it's just a few more days till Spring Break!  
I've got so many things I need to get done while I'm off, I'd better 
start on my to-do list now!  Of course, I'm thinking my daughter is 
going to want to spend some time, (and probably money), prom dress 
shopping, so that could take who knows how long, (and how much!)  At 
least this weekend, we'll get to "spring forward" on the clock, so we'll 
have more daylight when it counts for most of us, in the evening. 

Happy Birthday wishes go out to Noreen Dollins of the Bookstore today.  
Get in there and wish her a great day, and check out the bargains 
they've got on sale in clothes, makeup, etc.

Be sure and listen to Mountaineer Radio at www.radio.eosc.edu to keep up 
on the latest news, sports and weather, as well as great music and other 
items of interest with Doug Sims  from 8:00 to 11:00 Monday through 
Friday mornings, but don't turn it off after that.  You can keep 
listening 24/7 for more great stuff!

Our menu for today includes:
          Taco boats
          Mexican rice
          Pinto beans
          Cornbread
          Corn
And for dessert have a piece of Fruit Cocktail Cake.
