[Eoscstudents] a few changes in the Recycling Carnival and Dance

Come one!  Come all!  The Recycling Carnival times have changed a bit, but
the event is getting bigger and better by the day!

 

We will start at 5 p.m. with Aggie Burgers and all the trimmings, face
painting, Recycling Relay, Trashy Costume Contest, etc.  so PLEASE save your
recyclables and come to the oval in front of the Student Center @ 5 p.m. Wed
for a gre-a-a-t time!  I hear a rumor that our resident "bug lady" will
introduce us to the good bugs (did you know that there is such a thing?) and
winners in various events will win environmentally-cool prizes.

 

The Street Dance has been postponed one week because of scheduling
conflicts; however, there will be a Dance in the Ball Room hosted by Nursing
students which will feature a live band, "Chalkline 259."  Nurses are very
excited about this band which they say is really good!  Nurses are charging
a $3 entrance fee for this up-and-coming group which plays Red Dirt-style
and this will serve as a fund-raiser for the nurses.
