[Eoscstudents] Menu substitution and addition

There has been a change to today's menu.  Instead of lasagna, we'll be having spaghetti with your choice of meat sauce or meatless sauce, and we've added some sauteed squash to the menu, also.  And don't forget, we'll be having vegetable soup on the salad bar!
