[Eoscstudents] Summer 2013 official transcripts

Dear Current Students:

If you took Summer 2013 classes at Eastern and you need official transcripts
to be sent, please get your requests to us and we will get those processed
as quickly as we can. Please provide us with a transcript request form, a
copy of your photo id and your signature. We cannot process official or
unofficial transcripts without this information. All of the information for
sending these requests to us is listed at the bottom of the form. If you
have further questions, please contact me by return email or call at
918.465.1813. Please be patient as we are currently in the process of
completing end-of-term processing for Summer 2013. It is an extremely busy
time and we are short-staffed. 

 

Also, for all Fall 2013, Spring 2013 and Summer 2013 graduates, we will be
processing diplomas the middle or end of August. Our graduate lists are
currently at the vendor being processed. As soon as we receive those, we
will begin the mailing process. If you do not receive your diploma by the
end of September, please call or email us and we will check into it. Once
again, thank you for your patience, understanding, and cooperation.
