Hi folks,
 
Due to us being short staffed today, the Cyber Café will not be open.  Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
 
Current student enrollment is Tuesday and Wednesday of this week, so if you aren't finished with your education here at Eastern, you'll want to get signed up for whatever other classes you may need.  It's a good idea to do this as soon as you can, as some classes fill up quickly, and can throw off your entire plan if you can't get into the one specific class you need to graduate.
 
Also important for students, Friday is the last day to withdraw from a class you may need to drop and take another time.  Be sure and get over and take care of that this week!
 
EOSC birthdays for this week include:  Monday, Administrative Assistant to the Registrar, Dana Lewis; Tuesday, Financial Aid Administrative Assistant, Amanda White; and Sunday, Psychology, Sociology, CDP Professor, Cheryl Wood-Myers.  Please wish these wonderful gals a great day if you see them on campus this week!  
 
Lunch menus for the week include:
 
Monday:  Oven fried chicken, mashed potatoes and gravy, green beans, fried squash, meadow blend vegetables, baked potatoes, hot rolls, brownies.
 
Tuesday:  Meatloaf, scalloped potatoes, baby carrots, black eyed peas, turnip greens, seasoned rice, hot rolls, mystery pecan pie and butterscotch pie.
 
Wednesday:  Pork cutlets, buttered potatoes, English peas, broccoli and rice casserole, corn on the cob, macaroni and tomatoes, hot rolls, peach cobbler.
 
Thursday:  Homemade beef enchiladas, Spanish rice, pinto beans, cheesy corn, fried okra, Mexican cornbread, chocolate zucchini cake.
 
Friday:  Pizza and pasta bar with pepperoni, Italian sausage, Canadian bacon and cheese pizzas, rotel macaroni and cheese, angel hair pasta with garlic and parmesan, penne Alfredo, or fish sandwich with waffle fries, assorted veggies, garlic bread, ice cream with assorted toppings.
 
Dinner menus include:
 
Monday:  Hard shell tacos or nacho supreme with all the fixings, red beans, Spanish rice, green chili corn, fried okra.
 
Tuesday:  Chicken fried steak, or cold deli bar with chips, mashed potatoes, gravy, steamed spinach, breaded tomato casserole, carrots.
 
Wednesday: Sloppy Joes or crispitos with fries, brown buttered noodles, green beans, fried squash.
 
Thursday:  Spaghetti or meatball subs with fries, garlic bread, corn on the cob, Catalina blend vegetables, peas with potatoes.
 
Friday:  Cyber menu.
