[Eoscstudents] Menus for June 5 & 6

Hi folks,
 
Well, we survived the first and possibly largest Gear Up camp of the summer, and are waiting for the second group to arrive.  This is the busiest time of year for our Gear Up staff, with 2 three day camps this week and next week, and a final three day camp the week after.  I know they'll all be ready to happily collapse when it's all over!
 
Also, today, we'll have Eastern's Board of Regents on campus for their monthly meeting and luncheon.
 
And if my sources are correct, Gear Up's Melissa Juarez is celebrating a birthday today.  She's the wife of  Eastern Biology instructor, David Juarez.  Hope you have a great birthday, Melissa!
 
Lunch menu for Thursday:
Chicken Alfredo, or nachos supreme, garlic bread, corn on the cob, steamed broccoli, vegetable mix, strawberry cake and ice cream.
 
Dinner menu for Thursday:
Salisbury steak, or grilled chicken sandwich with chips, mashed potatoes with gravy, green beans, macaroni and cheese, fried squash, ice cream.
 
Lunch menu for Friday:  Hamburgers or chicken strips, curly fries or mashed potatoes with white gravy, fried okra, red beans, cornbread, brownies.
 
Dinner menu for Friday: 
Roast beef or corn dogs with fries, roasted potatoes, brown gravy, carrots, green beans, hot rolls, buttered rice, ice cream.
