Hi folks,
 
Classes are back in session, and things are thawing out after one of the weirdest winter storms I can remember, with sleet falling so hard it sounded like bacon frying!  Throw in some thunder and lightning on top of that and you'll have an idea of what we experienced. 
 
EOSC will be hosting a group of Sallisaw Jrs. and Srs. today for a tour of our campus.   Please make them welcome as they tour our Nursing Dept., Library, Science Bldg., eat lunch in the Cafeteria and end up in the Ag Complex.  
 
Don't forget this Friday, Saturday and Sunday, the Eastern Theatre Dept. will present Big Love in Mitchell Auditorium.  Friday and Saturday opening times will be 7:00, and Sunday the performance will begin at 2:00.  Admission is free to all EOSC students with their ID, and only $5.00 for the general public.  
 
Birthdays for this week include Dean of Students, Greg Warren, on Thursday, and Gail Wilson of the testing office on Friday.  Be sure and wish these two fine folks very happy birthdays when you see them!
 
And don't forget Daylight Savings Time begins on Sunday!  Be sure to set your clocks forward one hour!
 
Lunch menus for the week include:
 
Wednesday:  Spaghetti and meatballs, garlic bread, green beans, spinach, carrots, and Oreo cheesecake.  Soup of the Day:  Broccoli and cheese.
 
Thursday:  Baked chicken breast, redskin mashed potatoes, angel hair pasta with garlic and butter, corn on the cob, creamed peas, fried zucchini, and carrot cake.
 
Friday:  Open face hot steak sandwiches or chicken fried chicken sandwich with mashed potatoes and gravy, green beans, mixed veggies, steamed cauliflower, and Jello cake.
 
Dinner menus include:  
 
Wed.:  BBQ on a bun or chili dogs, curly fries, macaroni and cheese, steamed veggie blend, baked potato bar, and mini cheese pizzas.
 
 Thurs:  Dorito bake or chicken strips with fries, red beans, and cornbread, green chili corn, Spanish rice.
 
Friday:  Hot link or smoked sausage sandwich or bagel dogs, waffle fries.
