Hi folks,

 

Good Job to Victoria Perrigo for her Minion get up this morning as part of
Favorite Character themed day.  I saw several students with crazy hats and
some wild socks yesterday.  Jesse Claybrook was taking no chances on getting
wet with his giant cowboy hat.  (I even participated with a Pikachu beanie
borrowed from my daughter and my own crazy striped socks.)

 

Happy Belated Birthday wishes go out to business professor Kay Langham, who
celebrated yesterday.  I also heard athletic administrative assistant, Erin
Denny, had a birthday yesterday, so happy birthday wishes go out to her
also.   

 

If you are looking for something to do this evening, come on out to the Mr.
Eastern contest in Mitchell Auditorium at 7:00.  (You can miss Grey's
Anatomy just this once.)

Our Lunch menu includes:

Pork cutlets, chicken fried steak, chicken enchilada casserole, meatball
subs, mashed potatoes, baby carrots, ranch style beans.  Hamburger bar,
pizza bar, sub sandwich bar, waffle bar.  Dessert:  Brownies.

 

Dinner:

Cheese quesadillas, Monterey chicken, scalloped ham and potatoes, wild rice,
green beans, mixed vegetables, hamburger bar, pizza, dessert.
