[Eoscstudents] ATTENTION VA STUDENTS: Update to VA Policy beginning Fall 2020

Effective for the Fall 2020 semester,

Anyone wishing to use VA educational benefits must submit a written request
for the semester’s hours to be certified, either via email or letter, to
the VA coordinator, following enrollment, each semester they wish to use
their benefits.

Additionally, a copy of the requested semester’s class schedule must be
submitted.

It is recommended that these be submitted as soon after enrollment in the
semester’s classes as possible, so there is no delay benefits for that
semester.

Also, any changes to the semester’s schedule need to be reported as soon as
they happen,  to avoid complications with benefits with the VA.

*No person’s hours will be certified with the VA, beginning Fall 2020,
without a request AND schedule, regardless of any previous standings or
arrangements. *
